How many dynasties do you do?

Here is my problem,

I love college football but being in Denver it's not the hotbed for college football. I try to limit myself to 3 dynasties.

1. ND - that's my team but one thing that I personally don't like is that the field is not decorated. I know it's tradition but I like looking at a field and seeing added color.

2. Colorado - Home town team and trying to build them up is a challenge. Finally can play night games with them and not puke at helmet color.

3. Air Force - Another hometown team and some of the best colors in college football.

I would love to be in a league with a couple other people and have 1 or 2 user games a season but so far it's just me. I try to keep doing just these three teams but there are some teams out there that intrigue me and tempt me into a 4th or 5th dynasty. (Especially this year as every team has great looking helmets. Every image I see I find myself thinking about playing with that team. LOL)

Anyone else in a similar position?
Do you always play with your favorite teams or mix it up?

Why don't you play them all in the same dynasty...will be much more fun to run with two or three teams after a recruit...and just one of the teams will get him...
I am playin' just one dynasty but with 2-3 teams controled

I have actually never tried that but it sounds interesting. I may put some additional thought into that.

I have either not had enough coffee or am just stoopid. (I have already had 3 cups of coffee :|)

I can't for the life of me figure out how to start a dynasty and control more than one team.

You're not stupid. It's actually pretty tricky this year which is why I didn't do it. Most years I user control FSU, UGA, and then one team I try to build up.

Here's what you do: Pick to use an already existing coach and choose one of your teams. The game will already take you into the preseason menu. Go to the screen where you can edit coaches and press the button to add other users.

I haven't actually done this yet but I hear from others that it works. In previous years, you could just add as many user teams as you wanted from the first screen when you went into dynasty mode. I don't know if with the emphasis this year being on CC that EA wanted to dissuade us from controlling more than one coach or not, but they certainly did not make it easy to figure out how to have a multiple user dynasty.

I'm not sure, but: Turn off coaching contracts and/or start the dynasty then go to coach info and click R1 on PS3 to create a new coach... I think that works.

I actually tried this and it would not let me invite myself since I already was in the league. I am only able to invite other gamertags

Tried this as well (360) and I can only select one team.
