I really like this idea. I like the fact that you can see your most elite guys and then more average guys on the field easily. I will probably implement this into my dynasty.

I dont do too much. I may occasionally give certain star players certain numbers. Ex, 45 for a superstar MLB a la Andy Katzenmoyer or 1 for a stud HB a la Lawrence Phillips.

Thats about it.

I don't really have any traditions except for one.

For every final home game I will wear my away uniforms. Nothing special, but I just like doing it.

EDIT: Just read the visor one, that is a REALLY cool idea. I might have to do that and add gloves into the mix.
