How many teams is in the '13 game?

I couldn't find the forums for it and if there is, I apologize.
Is there 123 teams in the game without South Alabama?
And is it set on 123 teams and can't add teams from team builder but only to replace the existing teams?
Is this correct guys?

123, USA is out

you can only replace teams in dynasty not add them in (imagine if they had this feature instead of BS like heisman!)

if you replace teams you inherit rivalries (e.g. if you replace NMSU , new mexico will be a rival)

don't bother with team builder, it's pure EA: half baked and buggy

Alright! I glad you commented, I do have bad history in downloading teams from team builder and their teams is 99ovrl in every positions and didn't even realize it and they go undefeated every year, very unrealistic
