I do not have the game but the answer to your first question is in one of the reviews recently posted in the forum. It specifically singled 425/335 out as having incorrect alignment problems, something that's been glitched for about 4 years now. Disappointing to say the least considering I run these two defenses almost exclusively, but I've managed to work around it all this time, what's one more year.

I'm guessing the 50 play minimum remains, but hopefully someone can confirm that.
