No one could seem to run more than 4-5 yards ever, and most of the time, the Cougar defense would just stop them before they could even get anywhere. Throwing two picks didn't exactly help either. Hopefully, things go better next week at home against Texas Tech.

Houston 35
Texas State 12

Is Texas State normally bad, or are they a decent team this year?
They are new to fbs this year. Possibly the worst team in the game.

Kent State V. Akron.

I had a total of 8 drops. If it wasn't for my defense, we could've easily lost this game against Akron. This was a very, very tough game against Akron. They defense was very hardcore.

Final score: Kent State(24)-Akron(14)

Recruiting: My recruit class is #40.

The top 10:
Alabama
Notre Dame
LSU
Georgia
USC
Michigan
Oklahoma
Texas
Florida State
Ohio State

Re: The Official How's Your Dynasty Going Thread NCAA 13

The Wisconsin Badgers go into a snowy Bear Stadium and take care of business, defeating the Nittany Lions 29-14. Montee Ball carried the workload, yet only scored once on the day. Two big passing plays opened up the game for the Badgers, in what once was a 19-14 game. But, this is where things get weird..

Prior to the game, The Badgers were ranked #3 and were in need of an upset over #1 Florida or #2 USC, both teams undefeated, for a chance at the Nat'l Title Game. After simming the week, the unbelieveable happened. Both USC and Florida had lost, propelling the Badgers to the top-spot in the land, and a chance to make their own destiny. But, the twist wasn't over.

The Badgers have a bye in Week 13, the week prior to the conference championships. After simming this, the Badgers had fallen to #2 since the inactive week. So, who was #1?! The only undefeated team left in the nation.. the Toledo Rockets. Yes.

So, here's the situation.. if Toledo beats Miami U in the MAC Championship and the Badgers can avenge their only loss on the year to MSU in the B1G Championship, that looks to be your matchup for the Nat'l Title. Crazy.

Oh, and to make things better, check this out.

First meeting; #5 MSU v. #1 Wisc
Second meeting? #5 MSU v. #2 Wisc

Yeah, this is awesome.

3-0 right now with Indiana. Easy wins against FAU and BG first--closer game against Ball State but we still won 24-14. my junior RB Stephen Houston is tearing things up.

Recruiting seems a little too easy on AA, may jump to heisman after this season. My strategy this year is to focus only on defense, only offensive position I'm really recruiting is my need at C and the OL. 3 of the 4 DT's i have graduate, and the majority of my ends as well, so I need a complete rebuild. So far have 1 3 star commit DT. I'm recruiting mostly speed for cornerbacks and safety's as I've been getting burned in the first 3 games, and know when I start big 10 play things will get ugly. I'm glad I have florida as a pipeline state to start out as well.

Finished 7-3 with my TB team. Because custom conferences the rankings were bizarre. UC Davis was #2 behind Texas Tech. FIU made it into the BCS Champsionship game because went undefeated in a 4 team Sun Belt.

All chaos broke loose! Exit and restart for me.

Have an online dynasty going on with a friend. Something strange just happened, that is completely unrealistic. I'm #2 ranked Oregon (6-0) and just beat Arizona State 43-0. We advance the week and all of the sudden I'm now #3 in the country and #4 in the BCS. Wisconsin, out of nowhere, jumped me after I put up a 43-0 performance on the road. Not complaining, but it seems strange.

Re: The Official How's Your Dynasty Going Thread NCAA 13

At the Bowl Game against UCF in my 3rd year with Tulane. We won our Conference(mostly simming). After getting passing most of my contract goals already in my 1st year of new contract, my prestige when from C- to A. That should help my current progress in the offseason. I dont know whether if I want to play against UCF or just sim and most likely lose. I doesnt matter since my prestige might go up to A+ anyway.
Played a game against Duke early just to see how my team was coming along and if I had to address any specific. We got embarrassed. Offensively we were okay, but the I really need to get a better Kicker. The kicker I signed last year was 65(+9), but he only has 60 KPOW. Defensively, we need better tacklers and more speed in the CB spot. We got some pressure. But, we missed alot of tackles and gave up big pass plays. The CBs I signed have a good 80 Man Cov, but range from (84-87) speed. My #2 got burned on a streak. I think after we progress in the offseason, our defense should better.

I like the players I signed so far. I signed 17 players so far. I filled all of our teams and gotten some depth at some positions. I signed a kicker with 78 KPOW and 60+ KAC, I will use him as my long distance kicker. I signed a 4 star WR, a few TEs(1 of them was 6'8), a couple OLs. I focused on defense. I signed 3 DTs, 1-2 DEs, 2 OLB and a MLB, and a CB. I also signed 2 ATHs. One of them is 6'5 239. I will have to decide what position I will put him at. He has the abilities of a WR or TE. He has good WR Abilities, but has average WR speed. He will be a mismatch against LBs and I can split him out wide. The other ATH has the abilities of a DB. He has good coverage abilities. But, he is alittle slow for CB and not physical enough to be a open field tackler. Might put him at nickel back or RS him. After the season, I will have 8 scholarships to work with. I can afford to use all of them because I only have 65 players on team. Might go for another WR and DE. After that I can go for best available/depth, since I dont really have needs. My OL has depth, Backfield has depth and youth, Front 7 has depth and youth, and secondary has depth and youth. I can probably also go for some better open field tacklers.
Might play alot of games next year.

Re: The Official How's Your Dynasty Going Thread NCAA 13

I'm 9-3 after defeating the Ohio Bobcats. To be honest, I don't know how my record is even like this. My offense was terrible the second half of the season. I mean tragic. It must've been clutch play by my defense.

I'm pushing these games out because I can't wait until the off-season. I got some nice recruits coming in that I really need.

Since I signed a one year contract, I may not even sign with them after this season.
