reggie balls rating

i am wanting to start a dynasty with georgia tech but i am pondering what there starting qb's rating should be
if you dont know he is not on the game and is a true freshmen
any thoughts on ratings

Dude, I for one, do not know...and do not want to know what "reggie's balls rating" is.

I would say a 75. This would make him better then the average Freshman QBs but not better then the highly touted Freshman QBs. Decent speed (73 or so), Good awareness (65-70?), Solid arm strength and so-so accuracy. I'm not sure how much help that is but it should give a decent starting point and you could work to make it more accurate.

That's too much...Jamarcus Russell out of LSU is a in the mid 70's i believe and Ball doesn't have the talent that Jamarcus possesses..There's also John David Booty and Kyle Wright who are in the mid 70's...I'd put ball at about 67-68 with good arm strength and solid running ability.
