How about instead of just having the difficulty being just junior varsity to heisman where the CPU is handicapped and user is at a disadvantage, how about a slider to make the CPU such as quarterbacks, running backs, corners etc. smarter. Can't I play on a varsity level where both sides are even, just have the CPU play smarter instead of handicapping the CPU?

Off Awareness Slider and a Def Awareness slider. We had them last gen. Don't understand why we can't have them now.
