I am only seeing the demo. I see where it says game but it keeps taking me to the demo.

When I purchased the season ticket I didn't have to download anything for it. Is that how it should be? Then should I get an email from EA saying thanks for joining? Then maybe it will let me get it in the store?

Well this is not true...it won't let me play anymore and it says an Active Season ticket is required.

You had to stay in the game. The start button is essentially the authorization screen.
