Hardest State to Recruit Out of?

I am planning on make a teambuilder dynasty with a very low overall team and want to place the school in a location that would make it more difficult to recruit out of. I was thinking that Alaska or Montana would be some of the more difficult destinations, but I am unsure. Where would you guys think is the most difficult state to attract recruits is?

If your doing a teambuilder based off of a real school, UMaine has to have some tough recruiting while not being out in the middle of nowhere. Otherwise, North Dakota schools must have it rough, even their border states have crappy recruiting.

I would guess Alaska. Very few recruits come out of that state, also, you will be at disadvantage location wise for the big 3 recruiting states (FL, CAL & TX)

I don't think I will be doing it based off a real school. That's sort of how I came to my conclusion of Montana though, since it is landlocked between Idaho, North Dakota, South Dakota and Wyoming.

Alaska, Montana, the Dakotas, and Wyoming imo.

Just be aware that when you use a teambuilder team, you take on the pipelines of the team you replace

If you're making a TeamBuilder School, then probably Wyoming. The only decent border state is Colorado, and you have to compete for the few in-state recruits with Wyoming. At least if you take Montana or one of the Dakotas you have all of the in-state recruits to yourself.
