What Determines QB Throw On The Run

I was looking for a QB Throw on the run rating, but couldn't find one. What determines this skill? Some QB's, like Luck in the Ultimate Team game are great at it, and others just throw the ball in the ground.

I think it's Throw Accuracy but I'm not entirely sure. It could also have something to do with whether or not the QB is a pocket passer/option style QB. You might be able to test it in practice mode by rolling out with a couple different QBs with different skill sets to see who throws the best on the run.

all the qbs seem to be the same as far as accuracy...whether I have manziel or the old dominion qb seems to be the same throw
