Difference in play between human and cpu db's is light and day.

Don't see how some people are having problems passing on AA especially with good teams! This game is by far the easiest NCAA Football game to pass in. No physic db's, super linebackers, and the db glitch is still in and some of you are still throwing too many picks!
Heck I didn't even buy NCAA Football 13 and only played it for about 3 weeks after it's release last year. Hopped right on the NCAA 14 demo and was averaging 300-400 yds per game in the air and rarely threw any picks.

Unfortunately the defense in the game is really bad and even w/ the sliders turned all the way up I pretty much score a td against the CPU every possession. So my point was that these turnovers are the only things keeping the games semi-competitive, at least for me.

I can agree with that point. My problem is (and I'll be completely honest) my IQ knowledge is way too good for All-American to present a challenge, however, my 'stick skills' aren't adequate enough to keep up with an overpowered cpu on Heisman especially when my team plays well below their ratings.

Now I despise the stick skills aspect because as everyone says, when a human plays those ratings go out of the window (which with the ratings not even mattering much in the first place, says a LOT). I'm not one of those that thinks players shouldn't have control over every player if they so choose, ratings nonetheless should ALWAYS matter but especially when it's player's team ai vs cpu's team ai. I should never see a star play below his ratings, neither should I see a scrub play well above his, regardless of the difficulty. Instead I wish that the difficulty changed the cpu being able to see and gameplan to the players team and their own teams strengths and weaknesses.

The chess element is almost entirely gone and all that matters now is athletic play (which athletic play is a big part of the game of football but the chess element is the biggest part).

I don't want to see a 5 wide out play get completely shut down in coverage by man coverage if I can buy myself 5 seconds in the pocket. With that much time at least three receivers would have broken coverage by then in real life. That's why teams with poor pass rush get eaten alive through the air.

Last point I'll make is that as someone before stated earlier in this thread. DBs react to button presses and not the ball. Deep balls are seemingly impossible in this game when I have an outside receiver beat the press, gain space between his DB, the safety is too far right to make the play, I bullet it to the left outside area where only my guy can get to it (which is the quarterbacks dream situation) and bam before the ball leaves your hand the safety crosses field in no time and is in position to snatch the ball. As I've said before though I wouldn't be so frustrated by it if my defense played/reacted anywhere near the way/speed that the cpu does.

My apologies for the wall of text when I start writing about it I seem to just keep going don't I.
