Transfers?

I never said good schools never get transfers, I said its rare.

I know once in a previous game with a UF dynasty former USC RB Emmanuel Moody transferred to my team and dominated. Then he did in real life and I lost my mind! But he was average as hell lol

In my Experience 2-3 star teams get transfers more then most. Not every year but some years. They do seem to avoid user controlled schools
