Like the topic asks, does difficulty level affect super sim?

I'm only playing offense, but if defense is set to heisman, will my supersimmed defense get scored on a lot?

In years past the difficulty hasn't affected super sim. Not sure about this year, but I'd like to know too.

my difficulty is set on Heisman. I usually always sim defense. I have played with the sliders and noticed that the pass cover slider does affect the stats. I started off with 100 Pass CV and was shutting them down. moved them to 75 pass coverage and they started moving the ball.
