If this is the last "complete" NCAA then I will want to play it forever along with next generation console games, but if I remember correctly PS4 will let you play last gen games and XBOX1 wont. I've been an XBOX guy for about 6 years now and I may have to switch. Please discuss

Neither of the new systems will be backward compatible.

yes. As stated above, both systems shot that down.
It would be wise for one of them to find a way though.

The lack of backwards compatibility, along with this seeming as the last legit NCAA game has led me to cancel my PS4 preorder. NCAA/Madden (w/draft classes) account for about 50% of my gaming.

Why not just keep the PS3/360 for old games and use the PS4/XOne for new better looking games??

Say what, no backwards capabilities? I fear my gaming days are coming to and end with all theses changes. No NCAA could be the final nail the coffin.

I too think it is karma telling me to hang up the controller.

From what I've heard, the PS4 will have cloud service provided by Gaikai starting in 2014, which could easily be used to stream PS1/2/3 games to the PS4.

Here's the article I found about it: http://www.ign.com/wikis/playstation...ai_Integration

EDIT: And another, more in-depth: http://www.ign.com/wikis/playstation..._Compatibility

Not set in stone yet, but at the moment it looks like it might be a similar version of backwards compatibility for the PS4.
