the inclusion of the 4-2-5 and the 3-3-5, combined with the ability to recruit athletes and permanently change a player's position, should make it much more fun to coach at a smaller school. You can overcome your recruiting limitations against the bigger boys just like one might in real life: emphasize speed and put as much of it back there on defense, then come at the QB from every way imaginable.

Very astute observation. Those hard-hitting, strong cornerbacks that run a 4.65-4.7 that the big boys will pass on can come to a 3-5 defense and switch to the SS/WS 'invert' position and play extensively. I'm already salivating at the thought of it.

it won't be perfect, but it should give you the best chance possible against the bigger boys, while giving your opponents of similar talent that you'll face in a smaller conference fits.

I plan on running a spread offense and the 3-3-5 defense during my dynasty. I feel each system will allow my team to compete with the higher rated teams.
