Re: Pat Tillman

I don't remember the guy, but what a hell of a guy he was to drop everything and serve his country! I served with the 3rd ranger bat from 97-2000, and I know 1st hand how hard it is to graduate from Ranger school! The ranger family has lost a dear friend, and my thoughts and prayers goes out to his family!

Re: Pat Tillman

He is truly something special. Not many people would give up a 5 year $9 million dollar contract (I believe that is what the Rams offered him) to go to the Army rangers. Thoughts and prayers to his family.

He is truly a hero and he died for our country, not to many people would turn down a big contract and the career of a football player but he did to fight for our country and my prayers are with his family

Re: Pat Tillman

You know thats why I joined this site in the first place,I was going to start a post and like clockwork my O.P. postmates had done it.That descibes the character of the people that represent this site, themselves, and this country. This was very unfortunate news to both the world and NFL community. This should be a reminder to all that are young or around Pat Tillmans age,we are most definatley living in the last days.It seems every year now us fans of football lose a guy every year.Human life is short enjoy it every day and hug and kiss the ones that are still with you....R.I.P Patrick Tillman
