Formation Problems

So I am having two problems that I think might have the same solution. First problem is when using the monster formation I like to formation sub a TE or FB or Big HB to the left most WR postion, the only WR on the line of scrimmage. When I no huddle on the next play that sub like to switch to WR behind the line and the WR that was original behind then switches to on line. Sometimes they line up correctly and once I call the play then they will switch. I only have this problem in no huddle and not after a huddle. Any fix? Also I would generally like to be able to switch guys on the field to different positions. So if I audible from 10 personnel to 11, I would like my big HB to go to tight end and my tiny WR go to tailback. Maybe even change where they line up without changing play, switching where the tail back and slot reciever line up in no huddle for maximum spread option and be able to use downhill running when I want and switch to the games around for speed running. I love no huddle and any help would be appreciated, this would be legal in real football seeing since no one is subbing off the field I wouldn’t have to wait for the D to sub.
