v5.2 was released to fix a couple number issues, but we also added a bonus Notre Dame jersey and reorganized all the files for easier swapping and managmenet.

Please delete old textures folder and re-install.

Will team logos also be updated? Really dislike some of the old team logos like Miami's, Bama's for example

This is only used with emulators, so either PCSX2 on PC/Mac or AetherSX2 on Android right now
