Matt10's CFB 25 Sliders

I like playing defense like mr hurricane. I don’t switch at all and only user a defense lineman. With INTS at 25 my 90 overall defense has like 5 ints in 10 games. And 4 of them are from linebacker. My DBs never ever even try to intercept it. They just swat everything down. Im not sure if that’s based in the INT slider or if anything else can fix that.

Kinda crazy game. After reading through the last few post. I'm not seeing any of these issues. I play on the same set as the OP/mr hurricane. It's so weird to me. I've been having great games and results.

Platinum house call on DBs will generate the INT animation compared to the Swat animation, just my experience.

Agreed, in my previous season I had an All-American CB with great man to man skills and platinum abilities. He lead all players with 8 INTs that year, 3 pick six’s. He graduated, this year, don’t have a guy like that and it’s been more pass breakup animations unless thrown right at my DBs. MLB leads team with 3 INTs 7 games in.

I’ve used OP set as well. The only thing I’m seeing in gameplay for me is the high sack rate. I do have a great DL because I’ve focused my defensive recruiting in that area, and developed that part of the team more through coach upgrades. So not sure how much that has to do with it. For context, I run a 4-3 defense with a cover 4 match base. I’ll switch to Nickel over and run cover 4 match. So 95% of plays I’m just sending 4 rushers.

Is anyone noticing an almost nerf an awareness on plays for the user players? I have had the issuing with guys not blocking correctly and just running right past the computer player. Heck on one play my RT truly ran past three computer players and ran the 10 yards into the end zone. My defense does not seem to play their zones or man correctly but the computer’s awareness seems to be amped up all of a sudden.

So basically you need that badge for DBs to get INTs? If so that’s cool just need to recruit better ability players haha. My DBs now are high 80s overall.
