For those having issues submitting teams:

I built my entire team and saved it. I then logged out of my computer (a Chromebook) and logged in as a guest. I was able to easily submit the team quickly without the site or computer crashing. I think it’s because as a guest user there are nearly no background apps running.

So if that’s an option I recommend trying it
