I have a theory on this. Take a look at these photos:



On the Revolution helmet Henne is wearing, the positioning of the stripes appears slightly different from the way the are postioned on he traditional helmet worn by the other qb in the photo above. I remember reading a while back that EA's art team for the 360 version of the game was using the actual templates used to make the real world helmet decals to create the logos in the game. I believe Michigan has two different sets of decals for the different types of helmets, and EA used the Revolution set for both types.

On the upside, they seem to have fixed Michigan's shoes.

I haven't had a chance to watch the videos but I must confess, and I know some people will call me a loser and whatnot here, that seeing that one screenshot of Troy Smith with a big ol' white facemask is like a big slap in the face to Buckeye fans everywhere and has actually made me queasy looking at it.

Unless there is something we don't know and the Bucks plan to change that to I must say my very high enthusiasm for this game has just gone from full throttle to a big letdown right now. I know it's somewhat minor to alot of you but it just completely throws me out of the whole "it looks so real and fantastic" mood that it's unreal.

If a color in a game changes your want to play a game... you didn't want to PLAY the game... you wanted to look at it.

The helmet is hideous. Ohio State should never change unis. There was nothing wrong with the old ones. I don't know why so many teams in college football are changing them. That's why I love the SEC. Those unis have been the same forever.

that's funny but to say anyone would be wanting to look at it is beyond me, one of the biggest draws to the 360 is it's great graphics and that is just ridiculious and ********. the whole draw of great graphics is to draw you in which those graphics do, then stupid mistakes like that just completely shatter any suspension of belief you had that as in 'how realistic it appears'..

for those of you who say i'm on ea's payroll, i'm about to issue my 2 week notice.
