Online Dynasty Job Offers?

I saw this question a couple of times already in this forum, but never saw a definitive answer...

In an online dynasty, can you get job offers from different schools?

If not, what strategy is everybody taking for allowing users to switch teams?

You can not get job offers, nor can you change conferences. BUT the commissioner can move you to a new team if you want. Its up to your league to come up with a system or set of rules for how you will let people move

Thats what i thought.... does anybody have any recommendations for how to set up that system?

I really want to put together a formal means of determining of how to allow other users in my dynasty to change teams. Let me know any ideas..

I decided to keep it simple. if u want a new team they have to have equal prestige. if u lose 2 stars from when u got there then ure fired. in my main dynasty everybody started with top teams anyway so it shouldnt be much of a problem.

for those of you who are playing with multiple other users in an online dynasty, how do you generally divy up the teams? does everybody play in the same conference? or do you spread teams out into every conference?

just curious...
