That just means 99 speed guys will still be the best players in the game no matter the other ratings.

Won't matter IMO because I will be building my own team and ratings anyway.

Yes it will because you still have to play against other teams.

Not if he rerates ever single player.

And jbdeuce, what were you saying? How does that mean what you said? It doesn't.

I usually only play in leagues so there will be certain restrictions for players so I am not concerned about that. I do want the ratings to fixed like Madden though.

I really hope they stretched the ratings out, but I doubt it. NCAA's ratings have gotten a bit ridiculous as well.

#1. Why would OMT sort by speed? #2 Why is everyone so happy to see one player with 99 speed. If speed isn't the only factor that makes a great difference in the game, why not sort by overall ratings? It doesn't matter how many 99 speed guys are in the game if all the ratings work and player skills are effected by other ratings.

I hope that is fixed because that one 99 speed guy can be 54 overall and be the best in the game, just like 09.

because someone was wondering if the new progression would cause too many 99 speed players.

he was 4 years into a dynasty and there was only one guy with 99 speed in the entire NCAA. in '09, after 3 recruiting classes there would easily been 10+ 99 speed guys.

in year 8 of my offline dynasty, there are 18 players with 99 speed, all but 1 is a WR/HB.

it was already stated that the crazy speed curve is gone, so 99 speed guys will not be as effective as they were in '09. the other ratings are supposed to matter, but we'll have to wait and see.
