What is this pink diamond that you speak of?

It's on a recruit that doesn't have you in his top 10, but will move you into his top 10 if you put him on your target list. It's basically someone that has "hidden interest" in your school.

Some pitches are unlocked before you even talk to the prospect.

Most the DLC things are already in the game, just much harder to search out the information. Ad-visor tells you when your recruits will gain at x2 interest. Usually 3 at a time, It also tells you that "Parents" told you things about the players thus unlocking pitches. 3rd one pretty much finds the diamonds in the rough and other players that have a secret interest in you. It makes recruiting easiar thats for sure.

Yea I think it certainly not hard....On the other hand it isn't way too easy.

I've played way more NCAA than I care to admit and I've only seen one recruit with the pink diamond.
