3-3-5

Base defense, not the nickel formation.

What are people's feelings about users running with this D?

Re: 3-3-5

i just started running the 4-2-5 and in the first time in four years, statistically in my dynasty, i've had a top 5 defense

Re: 3-3-5

they're similar styles of d lol, run quarters, and play with the free safety and you should stop everything

Re: 3-3-5

I love the 3-3-5

especially BEAR s RUN
SPLIT is the same look as in the JETS Def book in MADDEN--ODD SPLIT, and the same setups are working just the same.

The cov 3 contain is excellent for the cheesers, and COV 2 MLB SPY is great as a base with the stack. You get buzz zones with this cov 2 and I like to BUMP AND RUN with it. Makes it nasty!

Re: 3-3-5

alright, my boy vrab didn't explain what he's asking real well. the question is....is the base 335 a cheese defense, we are in an od and 1 user has gone to this defense, and the discussion came up whether it is a sim or if it was cheesy. the user shifts and slants the dline on some plays, occasionally moves the backers with the predetermined shifts and rarely moves the dbs, user controls the mbl that is the only manually moved player presnap not sure if that matters but figured the most information possible would help get better answers

Re: 3-3-5

If it's a defense that teams actually use in real life, how is that cheese? The guy changed defenses, maybe he likes it more, or maybe he wasn't having success with the previous defense he used. I don't think it's cheesing unless there's some glitch he's exploiting.

I may use this defense in my offline dynasty on '11, or the 4-2-5.

It could be used in a cheesy way, but nothing about what you posted is cheesy in the least (and users should be pounding the rock inside and beating up his 3-3-5).
