NICE! Thanks! I was just trying to add another dimension to RTG. I figured everybody is going to want to start and be the star, why wouldn't they? I wanted to do something different; switch it up.

Thats what I do when importing to Madden from NCAA. Since I know you gotta be a starter, I make a list of what teams could realistically draft a day 1 starter and keep restarting till one of them drafts me. No sense in getting drafted by the Colts as a 55 QB and making Manning my waterboy.

Skip buying NCAA Div I, Goto publix and become a bag boy, don't live in fantasy land, then buy Madden and go the Kurt Warner route.

There are certainly cases in college football where the backup is a better player then the starter, but for whatever reason he cann't beat out the starter; wheather its because he is not a good practice player, or because he chokes in games or because he is just in the coaches doghouse or because the coach just plain don't trust him.

Anywa I really like that having a better overall rating don't automactically make you the starter. You have to earn the starting job, and then play well enough to keep it.
