Honestly, the only "fault" is no clear line of communication. I admit it'd be nice to hear from Ben Haumiller and at least have him say "wow, yeah, we're looking at this." Right now, all we really have is a media blitz, and that can be frustrating. EA is trying to create a buzz about the game, and we want a hint that they're hearing us.
