I would love for them to bring back the old Sunshine Scooter without him the commentary is just boring. Lou Holtz would be awesome too. Pretty much just anyone that's old and rambles would good.

The more I think about this, the more I think about when they say "mystery announcer" and they laugh, that they are either hinting at Lee Corso or Lou Holtz, with my money being on Lou Holtz with his half-time schenanigans. If I was to choose, though, I would love for Rece Davis to be providing the half-time updates. he has the perfect football announcing voice IMO, and when I hear his voice, I automatically think about college football.
