Probably. We go through something like this every year: EA brings the site up to test things, people go in and notice stuff missing/rosters not updated, and proceed to lose their freaking minds.

That's usually how it goes. It's a work in progress and when they are done they will tweet.

That's why several rosters are not accurate.
