I quit trying to find it early, a few years ago. I still get excited, but not like I did between 04-09.

Now, I just wait it out or see if my cousin, who owns a gaming store in town, can get it early.

I won't pay extra, its just not worth it.

Season ticket. I am fine with Friday. I am hoping some guys start getting their hands on it so we can start getting some quality impressions.

Last year about this time, I had that fire under me! I just couldn't wait to get the game. This year just feels different! I had fun playing the demo, and I can't wait to start tinkering with the sliders, but I am lacking the excitement to play the game.

It will be here on Tuesday. No desire to get it early this year...

For the past several year I have always been tuned in to this post looking for any indication that someone had the game early... or where to get it. But this year is different. The mood of the board is much more subdued. I guess everyone is banking on the Season Ticket for an early fix.

For those of you with season ticket experience, will the progress you make in the downloaded game transfer over to the hard copy? i.e. if you start a dynasty can you continue it when you get the actual game?

Yup, saves and stuff transfer over when you get the retail copy.
