Well, it was announced that Advance from the Web is PDLC, and probably Super-Sim too.

Last year some DLC was out before release, but not sure for this year.

It was that way for '12 too. The only difference is that they biffed on the dynasty wire so to make it up to us they made that available for free instead (but after some people had already purchased it).
