This isn't some new release glitch either. Same thing happened to me at Eastern Michigan last year in NCAA 12, finished 10-4 losing in the conference championship and bowl game and got fired. I complained about it multiple times because it needed to be fixed. Once again EA pays no attention to their own game. There are so many bugs in this game that were in last years, it really makes me want to take the game back.

but on topic, that's weird I just went 7-6 with SJSU (DC) and losses to my rivals and got huge job offers (I stayed because I want to take over as HC. ) I've never seen anyone get fired after winning with a bad team.

stupid comments are getting old, it's just a bug, same thing happened to me with TX ST, but then i was offered jobs to Kansas St who was 12-1, wait til patch itll get fixed

That's nothing, Texas A&M fired me after winning the SEC and finishing in the top-ten. I was only a coach there for three years, won consecutive SEC titles, and finished 30-10.
