Dynasty School Ratings Increases?

Hey guys - checked in some previous threads to make sure that yes, you can in fact increase your school's pitch ratings with continued success. My question is, how do you increase things like your Fan Base and Stadium Atmosphere? I'm guessing they go hand in hand, but I'm not sure how they go up.

I'm doing a dynasty with Texas State (I'm a sadist) and while I'm consistently getting better and better, my stadium seems to always be half empty at the beginning of every season no matter how well I did the year before.

In the recruiting menu, there is a spot that says "My Team". There, it tells you what all the pitches mean and how they are affected.

I really love that they put descriptions in the game this year telling you what you need to do to improve your pitches as it helps a lot. There is no fan base so I'm not sure which one you mean (but I'd guess program tradition, or maybe campus lifestyle) but here's stadium atmosphere:
