Is the QB Nerfed in NCAA 13?

I didn't buy NCAA 13. But I remember how the QB was nerfed in NCAA 12, I hated that. Is the quarterback's athletic ability still tamed down in 2013 and is there any word if it'll be changed in 2014? I'm getting that spring/summertime itch to get back into the game again.

What do you mean by nerfed? I don't remember a big difference, but I didn't really use scrambling QBs until NCAA 12.

No, just make sure you turn off auto sprint. I remember on 12 I could never avoid pressure with my qb until I turned that garbage off. Qb's are not nerfed at all.
