NCAA Football 08 vs. NCAA Football 14 Graphics

I agree that with the same hardware there are only going to be incremental improvements in graphics. It makes sense that the amount of small detailed graphics in the game would improve. I would assume the amount of time and resources needed to create all the graphical details in the game grew exponentially when jumping from last game to current gen. There defiantly have been improvements in that department.

The grass looks better and the line looks more set cocked and ready to go unlike in 08 they look ********. The gear looks much more defined and smooth.

Graphics aside(because you can see some improvement). It's the player models that's awful and need to be redone. Madden has done a much better job refining their player models.

i know different game but look at the difference from MLB 07 and MLB 13.. you can see a difference, not knocking NCAA its a great game but i cant see a big difference in their pictures

I agree especially between 12 and 13.... The player models got worse!!! Nobody really talks about it but its so obvious when I switch games

I am an equipment guy and they have ALWAYS had the 3 bar rb facemask wrong...it looks terrible and so many guys wear it. Look at the show picture, they actually gave CC the Jordan XI cleats that only he wears. NCAA gives us the same cleats for 5 straight years when new ones are released every season. Lazy

Agreed. I will be outraged again this year if they do not have this facemask in the game ....

I hate the lighting they are using. I actually think 08's looks better. The lighting screws all the colors up.
