I think it almost always goes on for several pages, before it inevitably gets locked since there isn't a ton to really debate.

Just want to reiterate the point, this is why warnings are at moderators discretion. I've issued warnings, the poster takes down their pic in sig ... and everyone moves on.

I usually just stick to the NCAA Photo thread starting around when the season ticket guys get the game and stay there for a week or two and slowly creep back out to other threads to see if all the rift raft has gone away.

I was just asked to take mine down like 3 days ago, because I ignorantly put a pic in my sig. Wasn't a big deal, they were actually pretty cool ab it.

There is a difference between sharing your opinion, even if it is a negative criticism, which is totally allowed here, Heck I my self and others do it, and havent been banned, And continuously harping on the same subject over and over without adding anything new, just rewording the same argument. Constructive criticism is ok here, Posting the same problem a thousand different was is not. That is why some of the "respected sim community" got banned. They were given warning that their point was made, and continued to go on and on about the same subject adding nothing new to the conversation. Maybe a banning was a tad harsh, but they were informed of the rules, and given warning just like you and I. If you don't like the rules here There are other places to post. I like this place because there aren't a lot of knuckleheads here. And the strict rules and mods doing their jobs is the main reason for that. Noone is saying you cannot criticize the game, just to keep the discussion civil.
