Re: EA preorder philosophy

I think these exclusive things are a joke... I don't know if will use my ultimate team pack, but I got my from Gamestop because I'm an SEC fan. Last couple of years it has been Amazon, it was nice when I got off work that the game was there at the front door.

Re: EA preorder philosophy

You should be grateful. Here in the UK the game doesn't have a release and the only option is to buy the game on the PS3 at an inflated price with no pre order bonuses whatsoever.

Re: EA preorder philosophy

Not preordering, going to wait and see what guys here say about game play once they have ordered. Last year, the signs were all there not to buy the game and I ignored those signs and bought it and got rid of it within 2 weeks of having the game.

Re: EA preorder philosophy

I didn't preorder because I have no interested in UT. Hated it in Madden and in NHL. If they were doing jerseys again, I would've grabbed it from wherever had the unis, but card packs do nothing for me.

I'll probably wait for a price drop.

I went with GameStop which I rarely use unless buying an older game just for the SEC. I'm a Tar Heel fan but the SEC pack provides more value I think.

I preordered from GameStop, I'll never use this Ultimate Team Mode, wish the pre order would have been more Uni's like in the past

Re: EA preorder philosophy

I went with Gamestop due to trade in values/deals so only had to pay like $10 for the whole game in the end, though I would've liked to get an ACC pack to possibly get one of my favorite players, but no big deal.

Re: EA preorder philosophy

It pains me to say this is the first year I haven't preordered. Only reason being that $25 gift card being offered by Toys R Us is worth more to me than a free pack I can buy for $5 if I really wanted to anyway. That's almost a half price Madden!
