Online Dynasty not allowing User vs User games...Help!

In all my online dynasties games are disconnecting right at the 'Choose Team' screen where you set up your Home/ Away Jersey's, etc. It's happening to some more than others.

I've read that it may have to do with tuning updates not matching up between users. Any truth to that? Any help would be greatly appreciated. If it is a tuning update issue it says to delete the latest tuning data. Where would one go to do that?

We had a similar issue in our OD. Make sure both users have downloaded the uniform packs. While I have no idea why, that did rectify the issue.

We had the same issue because of the uniform updates

Thanks! Is there a way to just delete uniform packs instead of 'forcing' 9-10 other users in the dynasty to getting the pack?

This is also for user dynasties on Xbox 360.

If it's uniforms I would imagine you could just have the guy with extra uniforms not select any new ones.

That won't help, the pack needs to be deleted. Guy can always just redownload it after the game.

When you have the pack, and it gives that little pause when you "load team" or whatever it says at the bottom of the screen at the game lobby menu, that's the problem. One team has extra data loaded than the other and the game won't synchronize, regardless of if any new uniform is being used or not.

As the commish I deleted my tuner data before I had two guys play a user vs user game last night. One of the two also had DL'd content/ uniform pack which I had him delete. They tried starting their game but it booted them at the team select screen where you can change your uniforms.

I then had each of them delete their tuner data on their consoles and had them restart their game. It allowed them to start without any problems. They did get booted at halftime for some reason. But they restarted a 3rd time and it completed without any issues.

If you're having these issues I recommend having everyone in your dynasty delete their tuner data. On Xbox go to 'Settings/ System/ Storage/ NCAA 14/ delete Tuner information'.
