I've used a multitude of offensive playbooks, but right now, I'm rolling with Mississippi State's in a dynasty that I'm doing with them. It's pretty much a spread-power run type offense with Dak Prescott leading the helm.

Defensively, I typically go 4-3 just because it's more systematically accurate when it comes to fitting in recruits. I sometimes go tampa 2, or cover 3. Right now, I'm doing a hybrid cover 3 defense, but it's basically inverted because I bring my FS in the box and use my SS to take the deep 3rd of the field. It's just because my FS is a much better run defender than coverage guy, so I like him closer to the line of scrimmage. My scheme allows him to roam around and make some big tackles for losses and whatnot. I always try to recruit good safety prospects as they're usually the base of my defenses.

CPBs have been one of my favorite and most addicting parts of the game.
I've made several for offense, but have yet to put together one for D.
Probably my favorite is based on replicating Nebraska's offense from the Oz/Sollich era, then making a separate one with the same concepts translated to Pistol.
I also like making PBs that are very small. I have one that tries to replicate the Ski-Gun, that had only 4-5 formations.
