Is NCAA 14 Still Available for Digital Download

Random question. Can anyone with a PS3 tell me if you can still digital download NCAA 14 at all?

I am itching to play this game again, potentially the most fun i have ever had with a Game and the draft made me want to play again even more.

I don't own a PS3 so I can't answer, but it's available for 360 and I can't think of a reason why the 360 would have it and not the PS3.

Does the PS3 not have a website with their digitally downloadable games like xbox.com?
