Great Idea for Promoting Youth Players with a Full Roster

Same here, Galaxy won the MLS last season using 7 or 8 of my youth squad players.

Well my MLS team NY Red Bulls are mid table. Not good!

But I'm very surprised at how well this works!

3 or 4 of my youth players have grown 5 points in a single season. I had a goalkeeper rated 70 OVR and now he's 75! A winger at 69 now he's 74 OVR and a couple others.

This might be the way forward in terms of developing youth players in FIFA. The most I can get out of a youth player in a season is 4 points, I've seen in past titles 5 points but that's rare for me at least.

This seems to be a really interesting way of doing this for youth players.

I'm at vallodolid in my Manager Mode so as you said you need to be rich to do it may be true, but i also could send 1 or 2, if i can keep up levels of success, i will have more money, and with future transfers could make this a viable option.

Need to get some youth scouts in now!

This isn't impossible for smaller market teams but having money certainly makes it less risky. I have recently been forced to change squads because of a crashing issue and my new team's (Milan) starting budget has only 1/4 the starting budget I was used accustomed too at Manchester United so it may be a year or so before I can continue this practice.
