Nope. If you change your cleats, you lose your sleeves.

What about changing kit numbers? Does that count as 'editing' the player? I would assume not, as it's a different screen?

Hope that's the case as I bring in/promote players, I want to choose their numbers...

I haven't really looked at that, but with this game, I'd almost count on losing your sleeves.

I don't think changing the number impacts the sleeves. I'm not 100% - but I have been changing numbers and haven't noticed the sleeves disappearing like I would with shoe edits.

Changing kit numbers does not alter the sleeves. Hasn't been part of the winter gear issue. Only when you edit a player from the edit player menu.
