It's funny, whenever this question gets asked the first few months after release the answer is always a resounding YES, with people saying it's worth the price, and it's so much better.
I wanna say 19 is an improvement, but honestly I have not played 18 in forever. I'm still enjoying 19 this long after release, so maybe that says something.
