FIFA 09 PSP

I'm going on a trip for xmas, and was thinking about picking up a footie game. I had Fifa07 for the PSP, and liked it, but the game was just too easy. I got to the point where I could beat any team with Barnsley on the hardest difficulty level, and I'm not a great player by any means. Can anyone give me any advice on if 2009 is harder than 2007?
I also like PES, so if you have a compelling argument for that I'd love to hear it. Thanks in advance.

bumping this to see if anyone else has played the psp version. I'm in the market for some psp games and this might be a pickup

some questions, are there any league modes or is it just exhibition and be a pro?
any dynasty at all or anything like that?

anyone have any experience with 09?

I have 09 and I really enjoy it. I've never played 07, so I can't comment on the differences between the two, but there are subtle differences between 09 and 08, so I would imagine you'll see some difference.

There is a full manager mode, which is quite similar to the console versions. 09 also added Be A Pro to the PSP version.

09 is pretty good. Better than 07, IMHO. It's actually more fun than the console version sometimes.
