Fifa 10 is a STREET DATED title, which means it will be in stock when stores open on Tuesday(if you don't get it sooner)

the only store I know of in the Columbus area that sells games early never gets FIFA early.

They are. I got NHL 10 with a release date delivery and got it that day.

got my copy from hong kong and it works great, but not playing that much until they patch all the mm issues.

Yeah, I called them and asked, and was told they were getting FIFA in "November sometime."
