Is it possible to export a team from manager mode? I know I've done this in past Fifa games.

The reason I ask is that my cousin and I would like to play against each other using our Manager Mode teams

This seems like another one of those features that was in the older versions games (I remember being able to do this on FIFA06/PS2) - but that has been removed in the newer versions.
