Yes, it's roughly the same format as the Champions League, but in the game it's known as the ECC. The in-game equivalent to the Europa League is the EFA.

I dont know alot about soccer but there is the Europa Cup unless that is the ECC...

So if I win the Scottish league or Coca Cola league I qualify for the ECC?
