Some teams kits haven't been released yet, maybe they will show up there when they do?

It's for the Adidas Ultimate 11 team (below South Africa, next to the Classic XI on the map). Also, more celebrations it seems.

For the Adidas code, log onto your account in the EA website portion for the World Cup (eafootball.com?).
