What does this mean? Cause every darn week I am sitting on the bench waiting to get called in on my CM player. My OVR is better than everyone on the team. WTF?

No one? Has anyone started a career as a player? Did they ride the bench to start their career?

If you start of on a lesser club you will play more, assuming your current rating probably arent all that high.

Run through a season in the Irish or Aussie leagues, the competition is weak, so you will get plenty of accomps plus get into most games with your player, also the seasons are relatively short.

After that season you should have offers for higher profile clubs with more opportunity to play.
