I just bought FIFA 11 and think it is something I can get into. I know one player in the game. Landon Donavon thanks to ESPN. I could see this game getting me interested in a game I usually loath.

I was exactly like the OP. I didn't play much. But I understand so much more now. I actually enjoy going to the park and playing now.

I have actually read a little about FIFA 12 and I am excited to pick it up. Not sure if I will grab it on release day, but by years end I should have it. I'm not a soccer guy (don't know a lot of the rules or strategy) but I have watch more lately than I have ever watch before. I'm getting into it a bit now.
